Prof. Dr. Axel Metzger, LL.M. (Harvard), born 1971, studied law in Hamburg, Paris and Munich with a focus on media law. 1999-2000 Doctoral thesis at the Max-Planck-Institute for intellectual property and competition law in Munich. Dr. Olaf Koglin, born 1972, studied law and politics in Bonn after an apprenticeship in business and sales. Legal internship in Berlin and San Francisco, afterwards he worked as a lawyer in Berlin. Doctoral thesis regarding "OpenSource law" with the topic "The relationship between licensee and licensor on the example of the General Public License (GPL) regarding copyright law and laws of obligation".
