Dr. Till Jaeger, born 1969, studied law in Mainz, Dijon and Munich. Second state examination in Brandenburg in 1998. 1999-2000 Doctoral thesis at the Max-Planck-Institute for foreign and international Patent-, Copyright- and Competition law in Munich. Since 2001 he works as a lawyer and partner at JBB in Berlin. Certified Copyright and Media Law Attorney. Lecturer at the Humboldt Berlin.
   
Prof. Dr. Axel Metzger, LL.M. (Harvard), born 1971, studied law in Hamburg, Paris and Munich with a focus on media law. 1999-2000 Doctoral thesis at the Max-Planck-Institute for intellectual property and competition law in Munich. Second state examination 2002 in Hamburg. 2002-2008 research consultant at the Max-Planck-Institute for foreing and international private law in Hamburg. 2005-2006 Master study at Harvard Law School. 2008-2014 Professor at Leibniz Universität Hannover, since 2014 Professor for Civil Law and Intellectual Property at Humboldt-Universität Berlin.
   
Dr. Olaf Koglin, born 1972, studied law and politics in Bonn after an apprenticeship in business and sales. Legal internship in Berlin and San Francisco, afterwards he worked as a lawyer in Berlin. Doctoral thesis regarding "OpenSource law" with the topic "The relationship between licensee and licensor on the example of the General Public License (GPL) regarding copyright law and laws of obligation". After working inhouse for IT companies and consultancies, since 2010 Olaf Koglin is inhouse lawyer for the scientific publisher Springer Science+Business Media, one of the leading Open Access publishers
   
Dr. Till Kreutzer (born 1971) Dr. Till Kreutzer is a lawyer, legal scholar and publicist. He is co-founder and managing partner of the law firm iRights.Law and co-founder and publisher of iRights.info, the multiple award-winning (including Grimme Online Award 2006) Internet portal for consumers and creative people on copyright law in the digital world.
   
Stefan Labesius, MA, born 1980, studied law in Osnabrück and Freiburg i. Brsg. as well as East European Studies with a focus on russian law at the FU Berlin. First state exam 2006 in Freiburg; M.A. (East European Studies) 2010 in Berlin. Legal internship in Berlin and St. Petersburg; Second state exam 2011 in Berlin. Since 2012 he works as a lawyer at Glawe Delfs Moll Patent Attorneys and Attorneys at Law in Hamburg.
   
Dennis G. Jansen, LL.M. (Berkeley), born 1985, is a lawyer (attorney-at-law), General Counsel, and Founder. He studied law in Freiburg, Berlin, Sydney, London and Berkeley. 2016 Co-Founder of Devidence UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co KG. 2017 Legal Counsel at Nexon Europe GmbH. 2018 General Counsel at Acrolinx GmbH. 2019 General Counsel at CoachHub GmbH.

She also worked as a web developer for a medium-sized engineering company. 2008 - 2011 Business Information Technology studies as a corporate student at a large international IT company / DHBW Stuttgart, with a focus on IT (Java-, Objective-c and web development). 2011 - 2012 internships in law firms, with a focus on IT, Open Source and Intellectual Property, in Berlin and Chicago, IL, USA.
